Individual Counseling

As an individual, you may have become stuck in a negative pattern. Maybe when you face a certain situation or problem, you automatically seize up, get angry, or avoid it. Perhaps when you try and solve or change things, you get no traction - your thoughts race and nothing productive comes of it. In the end, you might feel frustrated, drained or defeated, not sure how to break out of where you're at or how to make it different and better.

I help people change these stuck cycles. Together, we identify and explore the thoughts, emotions, or parts of you that are keeping you stuck and learn new ways of interacting from a place of calmness and confidence.
